Back to Life

No matter how much fun we have on vacation, I do enjoy being home again.  I couldn't wait to get back to my bed, my comfy blue chair, and my sewing machine.

Had to make Amelia another play dress.  I bought a whole bunch of fabric to make some cute summer outfits but it was all in the box we shipped back from Utah.  So I had to make do with what I had.  

Not more than 10 minutes after I had finished her dress, she had it on and headed out to go on a walk with Trey and Von.  We got caught in the storm and she was soaked.  She went in, took off the dress and put on her swim suit so she could run and splash in the "river" running down our gutter.

  They had a blast and she was happy to discover her dress was dry when she put it back on this morning.
